- Medical-director oversight on every medical procedure. Every injectable, every laser, every energy device is performed by — or under the direct supervision of — a board-certified medical professional, with protocols reviewed by our medical director. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
- Japanese aesthetic sensibility. Our treatment philosophy draws on Japanese beauty culture — natural harmony over exaggeration, meticulous technique, and omotenashi-style hospitality in every visit. Results that read as "you, rested" — not "work done."
- Pricing on the public menu. Every service has a list price you can read before you book. Members save 15–25% automatically. No "today only" surprises after numbing has started.
- One chart across four studios. Your records, photos, treatment plans, and membership funds move with you between Florham Park, Stamford, Westport, and Greenwich. Walk into any door — we know your story.
- The willingness to say no. Conservative dosing. Smallest intervention that gets the result. "Not today," "wait two weeks and see," "this isn't right for you" — even when it costs us the booking.
- Honest scope. We don't do surgery. We don't do permanent fillers or thread lifts. We don't push memberships at the consult. If a procedure is outside what a responsible med spa should perform, we refer you out — and tell you who to see.
The team
Osphere is led by its founding team together with our medical director, who reviews our protocols and oversees every injectable and medical-aesthetic procedure. Aestheticians and massage therapists are state-licensed in their disciplines, and every member of our team is trained on our conservative-first protocols — and our Japanese-inspired standard of care — before they treat a single client.
