A chemical peel uses a precise solution of acids to accelerate cell turnover, brighten pigmentation, smooth texture, and fade dark spots. Depths range from no-downtime light peels (Red Carpet) for an instant glow, to medium TCA peels that produce visible peeling for 5-7 days and stronger remodeling.
What to expect45-minute visit. Skin cleansed, peel solution applied in layers, neutralized as needed. Mild tingling/heat. Light peels: no visible peeling. Medium TCA: redness and peeling 3-7 days. Sun protection critical for 4-6 weeks after.

How much will I peel?
Light peels: little to none. Medium peels: 3-7 days of visible flaking — do NOT pick. Aftercare moisturizer keeps you presentable.
How often?
Series of 3-6, every 4-6 weeks. Maintenance every 3-4 months once goals are met.
Are peels safe on darker skin tones?
Yes, with the right formulation. VI Peel and SkinCeuticals are safe on Fitzpatrick I-VI. We choose conservatively and pre-treat for melasma.
Can I combine with microneedling?
Yes — typically alternating treatments (not on the same day). Common protocol: peel month 1, microneedling month 2, repeat.
