Book BotoxAbout this treatment
Botox (onabotulinumtoxinA) and its sister products Xeomin and Leytbo are FDA-approved neuromodulators that temporarily relax the small muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles — the lines that appear when you frown, squint, or raise your brows. Results appear in 7-14 days and last 3-4 months.
What to expectA 30-minute visit. After a quick consult to map your facial muscles, we dose conservatively to maintain expression. Topical numbing available. Results appear in 7-14 days and settle fully by week 2.
Frequently asked questions
How many units do I need?
Typical ranges: 20-30 units for frown lines (glabella), 8-15 per side for crow's feet, 10-20 for forehead. We start conservative — you can always come back in 2 weeks for more.
Will I look frozen?
Not when dosed well. We aim for movement preservation: you'll still raise your brows and laugh, the lines will just be softer.
When will I see results?
First effect day 3-4, full effect at 2 weeks. Duration: 3-4 months for most people.
Side effects?
Possible 24-72h bruising at injection sites, mild headache, temporary heaviness. Rare: ptosis (eyelid drooping) — almost always avoidable with careful technique.
