A written plan to take home.

A consultation, not a sales pitch. You leave with a clear understanding of what you need, what it costs, and whether we're the right clinic for you — even if the answer is no.

The hour

  1. 0 — 10 min

    Welcome & intake

Tea or water. Confirmation of your digital intake form, or filling it out on the iPad if you didn't pre-complete. We photograph your baseline skin in standardized lighting for your private record.

  2. 10 — 40 min

    Consultation with a provider

A board-certified provider reviews your goals, examines your skin and anatomy, asks about medical history. We explain what works, what doesn't, what we'd recommend now, and what to wait on. Expected timelines, downtime, and pricing — in writing.

  3. 40 — 50 min

    Your written plan

A printed plan: which treatments, in what order, on what cadence, at what cost. Yours to keep. Bring it home, sit with it, get a second opinion. No countdown timer.

  4. 50 — 60 min

    Treat now — or don't

If you want to proceed and it's safe to do so, we can often perform a treatment the same day. Most people don't, and we prefer it that way — the best decisions are made unhurried.

What it costs

The consultation is complimentary — no fee for the hour, the assessment, or the written plan.

If you choose to receive a treatment the same day, it is at standard menu pricing. Members save 15–25%. We accept all major cards and CareCredit on treatments above $400.

Before you come

No new retinoids, exfoliating acids, or waxing on the treatment area. Disclose any new prescriptions — especially blood thinners or isotretinoin.

  2. 24 hours

Skip alcohol and NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aspirin) if injectables are possible. Tylenol is fine. Eat something light on the day of.

  3. Day of

Arrive 10 minutes early. Bring photo ID and a credit card (held on file, not charged unless you approve). Clean skin if possible — we have remover if not.

  4. What to bring

A list of current medications, supplements, and allergies. Optional: photos of past treatments or results you'd like to discuss.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring a friend or partner?

Yes — they can sit in on the consultation. During treatment, we may ask them to wait in the lounge to keep the sterile field.

If English isn't my first language?

Mandarin and Spanish-speaking providers are available. Note your preference at booking.

Will I look "done" right away?

No. Botox settles at 14 days. Fillers look most natural at 2 weeks once swelling subsides. HydraFacial glows immediately. Lasers and microneedling reveal over weeks. Patience reads as elegance.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

The consultation is free either way. If you decide not to proceed after the consult, you owe nothing. Once a treatment is performed, it can't be undone — but if you're not happy at the 2-week follow-up, return and we'll address it. Membership deposits are non-refundable but never expire and follow you across our three studios. Full policies.
