Our massage menu is the wellness side of Osphere. Licensed therapists deliver Swedish + targeted deep tissue, lymphatic drainage (helpful post-surgery with MD clearance), belly massage for digestion, and signature scalp work with warm oil. Full menu at Florham Park and our Stamford flagship. Not offered in Westport (pending town approval).
What to expect30-60 minute appointment. Comfortable private room. We discuss focus areas and any pain points beforehand. Pressure adjusted to your preference. Hydrate well before and after.
Frequently asked questions
Lymphatic drainage post-surgery — when can I start?
With your surgeon's clearance, typically 5-7 days post-op for a basic protocol; sooner for some procedures. Bring your post-op letter.
Belly massage during pregnancy?
Ask first. We do not perform abdominal massage during pregnancy without specific obstetric clearance.
How is it different from a chain spa?
Smaller team, more continuity (same therapist on follow-ups), more detailed intake, and integration with your facial / medical aesthetic plan.
Can I add it to a facial visit?
Yes — many clients book a 60-min massage followed by a Signature Facial. We block the time as a 'spa day' format.
