Our massage menu is the wellness side of Osphere. Licensed therapists deliver Swedish + targeted deep tissue, lymphatic drainage (helpful post-surgery with MD clearance), belly massage for digestion, and signature scalp work with warm oil. Full menu at the Florham Park flagship; selected services at CT studios.
What to expect30-60 minute appointment. Comfortable private room. We discuss focus areas and any pain points beforehand. Pressure adjusted to your preference. Hydrate well before and after.
Frequently asked questions
Lymphatic drainage post-surgery — when can I start?
With your surgeon's clearance, typically 5-7 days post-op for a basic protocol; sooner for some procedures. Bring your post-op letter.
Belly massage during pregnancy?
Ask first. We do not perform abdominal massage during pregnancy without specific obstetric clearance.
How is it different from a chain spa?
Smaller team, more continuity (same therapist on follow-ups), more detailed intake, and integration with your facial / medical aesthetic plan.
Can I add it to a facial visit?
Yes — many clients book a 60-min massage followed by a Signature Facial. We block the time as a 'spa day' format.
