Appointments may be booked online, by phone at (201) 485-5006, or in person at any studio.
A credit card is required to hold the reservation. The card is not charged until you approve a treatment in person.
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Out of respect for our medical team and other guests, late arrivals (10 + minutes) may have their service shortened or rescheduled. We will always do what we can to fit the full service in if the schedule allows.
Three tiers — deposits, discounts, and full terms:
Deposits never expire and can be applied to any service or package across all three studios.
Member discounts apply to regular-price treatments only and do not combine with promotional pricing or other offers. Discounts do not apply to product purchases. All deposits are final and non-refundable.
Active members receive 50% off one treatment during their birthday month — giftable to immediate family. Some exclusions apply.
Excludes: Ultherapy, Thermage, and injectables.
Medical aesthetic procedures require informed consent. After you book a treatment, a digital consent form is sent by email or text — review and sign before your appointment.
You may also sign in-clinic at check-in. We cannot perform the procedure without a signed consent.
We strive for excellent outcomes but cannot guarantee specific results — individual responses to medical aesthetic treatments vary.
If you have concerns about a recent treatment, come back for a complimentary follow-up within 2 weeks:
We are HIPAA-compliant. Your medical record, photographs, intake forms, and any communications with our team are encrypted and only viewable by your care team.
We never share your information with third parties for marketing. Photos are used only with separate written consent.
Children are welcome in our waiting area when accompanied by an adult. Some treatments are restricted by age:

We do not perform injectable, laser, energy-device (Ultherapy), or strong chemical procedures during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Many facials, pregnancy-safe HydraFacials, gentle peels, and lymphatic massage may still be appropriate. Disclose your status at booking and we'll customize your visit safely.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple/Google Pay. CareCredit is available for treatments $400 +.
Member discounts are applied automatically at checkout when your account is identified.
